Notice by this court after hearing the submissions had been issued on 06-04-2015 making it returnable on 08-04-2015. However, necessary process fees for service on respondents had not been paid by petitioners.

Today, it is being submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the matter has become infructuous with the passage of time. 3.

The matter as such stands disposed of as infructuous. However, costs of Rs.500/- be paid in favour of Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad, in any case by 10-06-2015. SUNIL P. DESHMUKH, J.
