Learned AGP after waiving notice and on instructions makes a statement that the respondent committee would accept the caste verification proposal of the petitioner on 02.04.2024, if the petitioner remains present and would decide the proposal as per the law. In view of the said statement the learned Advocate for the

WP_3243_2024 petitioner makes a statement that the petitioner would remain present before respondent No.2 committee on 02.04.2024 with all the documents, on which he wants to rely and tender the caste verification proposal. With the said statements and the purpose for which the petitioner wants the validity certificate, we accept that respondent No.2 would decide the proposal/claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
