Though the matter was repeatedly called out even after recess, however, none appeared on behalf of the revision applicant. On 15.04.2025, this Court at suo moto adjourned the matter as no one appeared on behalf of the applicant.

Needles to say that by the present revision, the revision applicant challenges the interim order dated 13.01.2020 passed below Exh.11 in Petition E-275/2019 by learned Family Court, Jalna, whereby the present revision applicant is under direction to pay entire maintenance of Rs.3,000/-. The present revision has been instituted on 12.03.2020, however, since then the matter has not been circulated and the same is pending. Since the revision applicant challenges the interim order dated 13.01.2020 passed below Exh.11, therefore, this Court suo moto checked the status of the case on the website of the Family Court and on perusal of the same it appears that on 17.07.2020 the learned Family Court culminated the proceeding E-275/2019 finally vide judgment and order dated 17.07.2020, therefore, nothing survives in the present revision and hence it is dismissed.
