Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and learned A.P.P. appearing for the State. We have carefully perused the allegations in the F.I.R. and also the statements of the witnesses recorded during the course of

cra1657.15 investigation. We do not think that this is a case for quashing the F.I.R./Charge sheet. The Application stands rejected.

At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the Applicant will file the application for discharge within four weeks from today. In case such application is filed within four weeks from today, the concerned Court to decide such application, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, however within eight weeks from filing such application.
