In view of the settlement, the following order is passed :

ORDER

i) All civil applications stand disposed of as the matter is compromised amicably out of Court.

ii) The impugned Judgments and decrees of the lower Court and the First Appellate Court are quashed and set aside.

902-ca-4183-2023.odt (2) iii) The learned trial Court is directed to modify the Judgments and decrees in view of the compromise deed Annexure ' A' and decree be drawn up accordingly.

iv) The Registry is directed to issue the copy of this compromise deed to the trial Court.
