For the reasons stated in the application for withdrawal of the deposited amount and having regard to the grounds of objections raised by the appellant in exception to the impugned judgment and award, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:

ORDER

i) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed he will re-deposit the amount so withdrawn by him within four months of passing such order.

ii) The applicant is further permitted to withdraw the

38 ca 3951.14.odt balance 50% amount on submitting solvent surety or security or bank guarantee of any nationalised or scheduled bank in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court.

iii) Civil application stands disposed of.
