Mr. Thorat, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not aware that his validation proceeding is disposed of on the ground that the spelling of the tribe is incorrectly mentioned in the tribe certificate. The petitioner has obtained the corrected tribe certificate and the proposal has already been forwarded on 06.08.2021 for taking decision afresh on the basis of corrected tribe certificate. The learned counsel submits that the respondents be directed to release the mark sheet of the petitioner's final year Engineering examination. 2.

Considering the above, we pass the following order.

Though respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are served, none appears for respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

The petitioner shall appear before the scrutiny committee on 15.09.2021 and co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The committee may endeavour to decide the proceeding within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 5.

The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not withhold the mark sheet of the petitioner's final year Engineering examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. 6.

The degree certificate and other documents may not be issued to the petitioner unless the petitioner produces the validity certificate. The petitioner shall not take benefit of reservation until the petitioner produces the validity certificate.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
