This petition can be disposed of on a short count as the petitioner is seeking a limited relief of expeditious disposal of his proposal, which is pending before respondent No.2 for revised staffing pattern on account of increase in strength of the students.

Upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the petition is disposed of by directing respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to decide the proposal sent by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from receipt hereof.
