PER COURT :- 1) First Appeal No. 676 of 2006 was finally disposed of by this Court (Coram:T.V.Nalawade,J.) vide judgment and order passed on 17the February, 2016.

2) The insurance company has deposited the enhanced amount of compensation as awarded by this Court, vide the aforesaid judgment. The present application is filed for withdrawal of the said amount. In view of the fact that the appeal has been finally disposed of and the enhanced amount of compensation is deposited, the application deserves to be allowed and is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
