The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though the order is passed by the Tahsildar, Paithan, respondent no.3 is not recording the name of the petitioner in the revenue record.

Ms. Gour, learned A.G.P. appears for respondent nos.1 and 2 and submits that, the petitioner has remedy before the Committee constituted under the circular dated 13.02.2015. 3.

In light of that, the petitioner may file an application before the Committee constituted under the circular dated 13.02.2015, which application would be considered by the Committee expeditiously.
