Heard Mr. P.R. Katneshwarkar, learned counsel for the applicant. None appears for the respondents. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay caused in filing the first appeal is hereby condoned. The application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. The office to register the first appeal. 4.

Upon registration of the first appeal, issue notice to the respondents in the name of the Manager of

ca5657-2012 the respondent/Trust, returnable on 6th April, 2015. Besides regular court notice, the applicant is directed to issue notice to the respondents in the name of the Manager of the respondent/Trust by registered post A.D., returnable on 6th April, 2015 and file an affidavit in this regard on the next date.
