Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

This is petitioner's third petition before the court to have similar relief. On the first occasion under order passed on 26-10-2004 in writ petition no. 6631 of 2004, petitioner could have liberty to make representation. It appears that, pursuant to same, representation dated 21-07-2009 had been made which had been decided vide order dated 23/25-11-2009 passed by Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development Department, Amravati, wherein as well, it appears that an opening had been left for the petitioner to take proper action/recourse. Thereafter, petitioner had been before this court in writ petition no. 2929 of 2011 and therein this court

2 WP / 4267 / 2018 had passed order dated 16-01-2014, once again letting the petitioner to have an opening in the form of a representation. 3.

Affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of respondents no. 3 and 4 dated 15-01-2020 to the petition shows that neither the petitioner nor the institution has filed any representation to the concerned authorities after aforesaid order dated 16-01-2014. Averments to the said effect have not been refuted by petitioner. 4.

In view of aforesaid, it is not a case wherein indulgence can be given to petitioner in present petition. 5.

Writ petition, therefore, is not being entertained and is rejected.
