After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application.

Permission is granted. Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and disposed off accordingly. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that trial is not likely to proceed because the complainant is not available.

Learned APP has submitted that, identifcation parade could not be held because the frst informant did not cooperate and did not come for identifcation parade. 5.

It appears that, trial may be prolonged because of absence of the frst informant. Therefore, if the trial does not commence within a period of nine months from today, the applicant Sanket is at liberty to fle fresh application for bail.
