O R D E R :

The applicants/petitioners, in pursuance of the directions issued by this Court during the pendency of the petitions has deposited sum of Rs.1,80,30,000/- and Rs. 477.58 Lakhs with the District Collector, Hingoli 2.

Writ Petitions have been disposed of.

The applicants seek withdrawal of the amount to facilitate the applicants to distribute the said amount to the agriculturists who have supplied the cane to the sugar factory. The amount is required to be disbursed to the cane growers towards cane price in consonance with the F.R.P. The applicants undertake to disburse the amount to the agriculturists towards the cane price.

In view of the undertaking, there shall not be any impediment in permitting the applicants to withdraw the amount.

Both the Civil Applications are, as such, allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited with the District Collector, Hingoli. The District Collector, Hingoli is directed to permit the withdrawal of the amount as specified above, unconditionally.

Civil Applications are disposed of.
