For the reasons stated in the application, the Civil application is allowed. LPA is restored to its original position. 2.

On the last occasion, we had heard the LPA and we are not inclined to entertain the same. Mr. Gunale had sought time to take instructions. On instructions he states that pursuant to the order passed in the writ petition, respondent is continued in service. Considering the said fact and also that there is no error committed by the learned Single Judge while passing the order in writ petition, the present LPA stands disposed of. No costs.
