An OTS agreement signed by the Petitioners with the Cooperative Bank on 11th June, 2019 before the learned 3rd Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Latur in Arbitration R.D. No. 763 of 2019, is sought to be assailed in this Court under its Writ jurisdiction. 2.

We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners. The Petitioners have signed the terms of compromise before a judicial forum in judicial proceedings on 11th June, 2019. In view thereof, filing a Writ Petition in this Court on 18th March, 2024 practically after five years, would render this Petition untenable. Even otherwise, once there is a compromise between the parties before a judicial forum in judicial proceedings, this Court would not interfere.
