DATE : 25th JUNE, 2021 PER COURT :- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the encroacher since year 1974 upon the Government Gairan land. The regularization is sought. The Collector also directed the Tahsildar on an application made by the father of the petitioner and directed the Tahsildar to take steps with regard to regularization, however, no action has been taken.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondents. 3.

The petitioner may file comprehensive application with the Collector, Beed. The petitioner may also place on record the earlier correspondence between Collector and Tahsildar on record. On receipt of application, the Collector shall take decision on its merit in accordance with law and policy as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks.
