Learned counsel for the respondents-original claimants has no objection if delay is condoned. In view of this and for the reasons stated in the applications, civil applications for condonation of delay are allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of. 3.

The effect, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award is hereby stayed on the condition that the applicant shall deposit entire amount under award, within 12 (twelve) weeks from today, in this court, failing which the stay granted by this order, shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the court. Civil applications for stay are disposed of.
