Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein is challenging the order of issuance of process against the petitioner for offences punishable under Sections 420, 405 ,406, 407, 408, 409,468 & 471 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad vide order dated 20th November, 2014. The learned counsel for the petitioner upon instructions seeks liberty to withdraw the petition. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. It is made clear that all

( 2 ) crwp421.15 contentions are kept open. In the eventuality that revision application is filed challenging therein the order of issuance of process, the said revision shall be considered on its own merits. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
