Learned APP pointed out that, he has information that three witnesses have already been examined, which is also apparent from the trial Court's order below Exhibit-42 in Sessions Case No. 78 of 2022. On a Court query, it is informed that there are as many as 24 witnesses.

Taking the course of the trial and strength of witnesses, if trial is not concluded within six months from today, applicant is at liberty to approach this Court again for his release on bail. 3.
