This is an application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No.2 - Sadhu Dhondiba Savant and respondent No.5 - Shaikh Rahim Shaikh Khaja on record who are stated to have expired on 14th August, 2020 and 7th November, 2020.

This petition is by the State impugning the judgment and orders dated 4th May, 2013 and 10th October, 2014 passed by the Labour Court and Industrial Court, Aurangabad respectively.

Learned A.G.P submits that due to Covid-19 pandemic, a delay has been caused in bringing the legal representatives of the deceased on record. The applicant-State has furnished names of the proposed legal representatives of the deceased respondents No.2 to 5. As such, delay stands condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 5.

The applicant is permitted to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondents No.2 and 5 within one week from today.

After carrying out the amendment in the petition, copies of amended petitions be tendered to the respondents. 7.
