By order dated 27th November, 2024, this Court had directed the Respondents to undertake scrutiny of the Petitioner's proposal independently on its merits and take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within four weeks from the date of the order. 2.

The respondents have taken decision and rejected the proposal of the Petition on 10th October, 2025. 3.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner states that the

Learned Advocate for Respondent No. 6 states that compliance on the part of Respondent No. 6 is already made. 5.

In view of the above, since the order is complied with, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. In view of disposal of the Contempt Petition, Civil Application No. 13931 of 2025 is disposed of.
