The Petitioners have filed the present writ petition challenging the orders passed by the Civil Judge Junior Division, Latur below Exhibit - 116 on 8th July, 2009 and below Exhibit - 245 on 14th March, 2016 in Regular Civil Suit No.769 of 2000. Both the applications were filed with a prayer to stay the further proceeding in the said civil suit till the final decision in the proceedings initiated under the provisions of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act. Both the applications were rejected by the learned Civil Judge. Both the aforesaid orders are, therefore, challenged in the

wp.3437.16.odt present writ petition. Vide an administrative order the present writ petition and First Appeal No.2270 of 2016 (old Second Appeal No.493 of 2011) were clubbed together. In view of the fact that First Appeal No.2270 of 2016 has been dismissed, the present writ petition has become infructuous and hence stands dismissed. [ P. R. BORA, J. ] ndm
