By this application applicant seeks leave to file appeal against judgment and order of acquittal dated 09/02/2024, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Majalgaon, Beed, in S.C.C. No.954/2018.

Prima facie, the reasons assigned by trial Court while acquitting respondent/accused appear to be unacceptable. Hence, the application is allowed. Leave granted to file appeal against impugned judgment and order of acquittal. Appeal be registered. 4.
