Learned counsel for applicant seeks leave to withdraw civil revision application with liberty to file appropriate proceedings since order impugned appears to be appealable, a revision would not be entertained. He further submits, time consumed during pendency of civil revision application may be considered for condonation in case of filing of appeal. 2.
In view of aforesaid, leave granted.
