PER COURT :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. He submits that in order to implement the order/direction of which the disobedience has been alleged in the Contempt Petition, the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad is necessary party. In the circumstances, the application is allowed and same stands disposed of. The petitioner is permitted to add the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad as party respondent by name. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the added respondent, returnable on 14th June, 2016. In addition to regular mode of service, the petitioner is permitted to serve the added respondent by private service/notice and file the affidavit of service before returnable date.
