After arguing the application for sometime, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application. He submits that though the trial has been expedited as per order dated 15th February, 2016, passed in Criminal Application No. 45 of 2016, the trial has still not commenced.

The application is permitted to be withdrawn. Considering the earlier order dated 15th February, 2016, passed in Criminal Application No. 45 of 2016, the trial Court shall attempt to complete the trial within a period of six months. The applicant shall co-operate in the speedy conclusion of the trial.
