This application is for restoration of the criminal writ petition, which was dismissed in default for non removal of office objections and also for condonation of delay caused in making this application.

Learned counsel for the applicant makes oral submission for condonation of delay. He submits that delay is not intentional.

In the interest of justice, I deem it appropriate to condone the delay. For the reasons stated in the application, it deserves to be allowed.
