The application is filed for impleadment of the applicant as petitioner No. 3. For the reasons stated in the application that the applicant is the subsequent purchaser of the suit property from petitioner Nos.1 and 2 during the pendency of the proceeding and he is also included as party in the proceeding before the trial Court, the application is allowed.
