The present application is filed for bringing legal representatives of respondent No. 3-B and 4 by setting aside abatement order dated 08.07.2010 and also by condoning the delay of 489 days.

The legal representatives of this respondents despite service Pooja Kale 1/2

922 CA 4691-2024 remained absent. As such, the application stands allowed in terms prayer clauses B, C and D subject to deposit of cost of Rs.1,000/- (rupees One Thousand only) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad within two weeks.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
