Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGP for respondents No. 1 to 3. Learned AGP strongly resisted the application.

There is delay in filing cross objection. It is also a matter of record that the State and Acquiring body preferred an appeal after a delay of 1174 days and said delay has been condoned. 3.

In view of this, though the learned AGP strongly resisted the application, delay in filing the cross objection stands condoned. 4.
