1] The present civil application is filed for restoration of writ petition and to quash and set aside the order dated 25.01.2024 passed by Registrar [Judicial] of this Court.

2] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. The order dated 25.01.2024 passed by the Registrar [Judicial] is quashed. The writ petition is restored to it's original position. Delay, if any, is condoned. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. Office objections to be removed within four weeks.
