ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner. Seen the prayer. It is his grievance that when the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail by this Court, he is shown as absconded accused and chargesheet is filed against him under section 299 of Cr.P.C. For that, he wants inquiry is to be made of concerned. 2.

In view of the provisions of section 438 (3) of Cr.P.C. in such a case, the petitioner can appear before the Magistrate, can show the order of anticipatory bail, if any, made by this Court and show readiness to execute the bond as per the order made under section 438 (1) of Cr.P.C. The matter can be put to an end that way. In view of this position of law, there is no need

Cri.W.P. No. 427/15 to make any order.
