This application is for transfer of the matrimonial proceedings bearing Marriage Petition A No. 10/2024 from the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Nanded to the Court of learned C.J.S.D., Kandhar. The husband has already filed two cases those are pending in the Court at Kandhar. 3.

Considering that the husband himself has filed two other cases at Kandhar, this Court does not find any difficulty in

Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

After transfer of the proceedings, the learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the proceedings as early as possible and preferably within eighteen (18) months from today. 6.
