The learned counsel submits that validation proceedings are pending since the year 2011. The Vigilance is not yet conducted and the employer has issued notice directing the petitioner to produce validity or else the petitioner would be reverted.

The learned A.G.Ps. accept notice for all respondents. 3.

It is high time to decide the proceedings. The petitioner is getting benefit of reservation in service and the verification of the caste claim is not yet conducted.

The Respondent No. 2-Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioners expeditiously within six (6) months. The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 12.04.2018.

The Respondent No. 3 shall not take adverse action against the petitioners, only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The Respondent No. 3 can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings.
