1) The application is filed for condonation of delay of 992 days caused in filing second appeal. Notice of the present is served on respondent Nos.1 to 3. The order dated 1-9-2015 shows that learned counsel for the respondent had made statement that he had not received copy of the application. Learned counsel for the applicants today produced copy of application bearing endorsement of the learned counsel for the respondents. The same is taken on record. Today he has not turned up. In view of the contentions made in the application and the submissions made, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. List the second appeal for admission purpose on 20th October 2015. Call record and proceedings from the trial Court and also the first appellate Court.
