Present petition is filed for issuing direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the proposal dated 15.11.2022 submitted by respondent No.4 regrading sanction for the transfer of the petitioner from unaided division to aided division.

Learned AGP after waiving notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and upon taking instructions from respondent No.2 submits that the said proposal would be decided within a period of four weeks. 3.

In view of said statement, petition stands disposed of with directions to respondent No.2 to decide the said proposal within a period of four weeks from today.
