The Petitioner is before this Court praying for a direction to Respondent No.3 to issue the 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe certificate with proper spellings/nomenclature in Form C. He has made an online application on 23rd February, 2024. He assures that he would submit the original certificate to Respondent No.3 within 10 days. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. After the Petitioner tenders the original defective certificate to Respondent No.3, the latter would be at liberty to verify the genuineness of the said certificate and if all things are normal, a proper certificate with proper spelling in Format C would be issued to the Petitioner, within 30 days.
