By this application, the applicant seeks to condone the delay of 376 days casued in filing the First Appeal against the award passed by the Commissioner for Employees' Compensation and Judge, Labour Court, Jalgaon in Application No.31/2014. 2.

Having considered the reasons as stated in the application and the fact that the applicant is original claimant approached this Court challenging rejection of his claim, delay deserves to be condoned. Hence, following order:-

Delay of 376 days caused in filing the First Appeal is hereby condoned.
