ORDER :

Heard both the sides. This application is filed for bail. In the previous application filed for bail, after hearing both the sides on merits, this Court had expressed that this Court will be imposing condition that the applicant will have to deposit the amount of Rs. 4.74 lakh. At that time, the learned counsel for the applicant had submitted that he was not in a position to deposit the amount and the application was withdrawn. Today, the learned counsel made a statement that the applicant is ready to deposit the amount.

The crime is registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 406, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 34 etc. of

Cri. Appln. No. 1677/15 Indian Penal Code. There are allegations against the present applicant and others that they deceived the persons by giving false promise of return of huge amount after making investment in Super Power Investment India Limited. In view of the nature of allegations made against the applicant, this Court has formed the opinion that he needs to deposit atleast the amount of Rs. 4.74 lakh in the Court of Magistrate for getting the relief. 3.

So, the application is allowed. The applicant is to be released on bail only after he deposits Rs. 4.74 lakh in the crime. He is to be released on bail on his furnishing PR and SB of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) with one or more solvent sureties to make the amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh). He is not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses. He is not to commit similar offence. He is to submit/surrender his pass-port etc.
