Learned counsel for the applicant submits that non-applicants have issued notice of demolition of residential house of the applicant and commercial marriage hall running on the suit property. This Court has framed substantial question of law while issuing notice. In the circumstance for the ends of justice, I am of the opinion that till disposal of the present appeal, the interest of the applicant needs to be protected.

Accordingly, the stay is granted in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C".
