The petitioner claims to belong to Mannervarlu, Scheduled Tribe. He has been admitted to 1st Year MBBS Degree Course in respondent No.2 College as against the seat reserved for Scheduled Tribe category. On account of failure of the petitioner to submit validation certificate, he has been informed by the College that he would not be permitted to appear for the 1st Year MBBS Degree Course Examination.

The petitioner states that the proposal tendered by him to the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee for grant of validation certificate is pending consideration.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, this 1/2
902.odt petition can be disposed of by directing respondent No.1 Committee to take decision on the proposal tendered by the petitioner for grant of validation certificate, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight months from today and it is accordingly directed.

In the meanwhile, respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are directed to permit the petitioner to appear for 1st Year MBBS Degree Course Examination and shall accept the examination form of the petitioner.

With the directions as above, writ petition is disposed of.

Parties to act upon authenticated copy of the order.
