It would be open for the petitioner to approach the District Level Committee constituted under the relevant Government Resolution for redressal of his grievance.

If the petitioner tenders appropriate representation to the District Level Committee within a period of six weeks from today, the District Level Committee may take appropriate decision or issue necessary instructions within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
