The Petitioner is aggrieved by the enlisting of his name in the final transfer list, by the Zilla Parishad, to be transferred in difficult areas. His representations dated 22/02/2023, 23/02/2023 and 10/03/2023, are pending before the Chief Executive Officer.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that, the said representations would be considered on their own merits, by taking into account the available vacancies today.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Let Respondent No.2 consider the representations of the Petitioner, together, on their own merits and by considering the policies and the Government Resolutions applicable, by taking into account the available vacancies. We expect a decision to be arrived at within 30 days.
