On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to approach before the learned trial Court and file application for bail as well as for exemption from personal appearance, till decision on the application for permanent exemption provided under Section 205 of the Criminal Procedure code, which can be decided within a period of two months from the date of personal appearance of the accused.
