Though Civil Application No. 3655 of 2025 is filed for issuance of notice to respondent Nos.4A, 4B, 5, 6, 7 and 8 by way of paper publication, but the learned Counsel for the applicants submits that respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 9 have only appeared through their counsel. Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that rest of the respondents can also be served through paper publication. In view of such submission, the application stands allowed by permitting the applicants to serve all the respondents except respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 9,
