The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the Deputy Commissioner of Labour at Aurangabad issued a show cause notice to the petitioner to submit his explanation within a period of three (3) days as to why the impugned structure should not be demolished.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, impugned structure is now demolished, nothing survives in this writ petition. Writ Petition is disposed off as infructuous.
