The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 16.2.2018, passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner under Section 22(3A)(e) of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act.

Considering the above, the learned AGP submits that the order passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner can be challenged by the petitioner before the Joint Charity Commissioner. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The time spent by the petitioner in this Court from 28.3.2018 till the passing of this order, shall be a good ground for condonation of delay, if any, provided the petitioner approaches the Joint Charity Commissioner within four weeks from today.
