Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

This petition can be disposed by issuing directions to respondent No.5 Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate validation proposal submitted by the petitioner and pending before the Committee as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed.

Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 are directed not to take any coercive action against the petitioner on the ground of his failure to submit validation certificate 1/2

31.odt and the petitioner shall be permitted to prosecute further studies subject to the decision of the Tribe certificate verification claim pending with the Committee.

With the directions as above, writ petition is disposed of.
