This Court by order dated 15.04.2024 has granted temporary bail for eight days to the applicant on the assurance given by the father of the applicant that the applicant will certainly marry with the daughter of informant, within one year, as soon as she become major. An affidavit to that effect has been filed by the father of applicant. Accordingly, in pursuance to the said order dated 15.4.2024, the applicant has been released on bail. 3.

Today, the applicant is present before the Court. Upon questioning by the Court, the applicant states that he is ready to marry with the victim as soon as she attains the age of eighteen years. The applicant has also filed an affidavit dated 22.4.2024,

ba530.24 -2which is taken on record and marked "X-1" for identification. In para 5 of the said affidavit, it is stated that the deponent i.e. the applicant is ready to perform marriage with the victim with the consent of the victim as soon as the victim completes the age of eighteen years. 4.

In view of above, the bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 15.04.2024 passed in this bail application shall stands confirmed on the condition that the applicant to perform the marriage with the victim as soon as the victim attains the age of eighteen years.

It is made clear that if the applicant avoids to marry with the victim, on her attaining the age of eighteen years, the prosecution or the victim will be at liberty to file an application before the trial court for cancellation of bail granted to this applicant. 6.

The bail application stands disposed of.
